Verified- The Citizen GraphOne connected record of people, documents, assets, obligations and applications, seeded from a single file and kept in this browser.
- Every change, on recordEach action becomes graph mutations and an event on the Timeline. Nothing is deleted; links end with a date.
- Rules and eligibilityBenefit rules, deadlines, money due and who holds the ball are computed from the record after every change.
- The request guideUnderstands what you type and explains notices in plain language, using only your own record. Deterministic code, no external model.
- Three languagesEnglish, Hindi and Kannada across every screen, with record content from the same seed.
- Reset demoRestores the seed in one tap. Your changes never leave this device.

- PAN correctionAs Protean eGov, reusing Aadhaar evidence instead of asking again.

- GSTR-3B filingAs a GSTN filing desk, returning an acknowledgement.
- Scheme applicationsAs a UMANG application desk, with eligibility checked locally first.
- Births and deathsAs BBMP Births & Deaths. The death journey is deferred and outside the current pitch.
- OTPs and document fetchesSign-in is one tap on a fictional phone number. DigiLocker-style documents come from the seed.
- RTI requests and grievancesAs RTI Online and CPGRAMS: a registration number and a 30-day reply clock on the Timeline. No appeal beyond that.
Each of these returns after 400 to 1200 ms with a believable, deterministic answer marked {simulated: true, authority}. The screen shows a small SIMULATED stamp every time.
Never in this prototype
- 01Real Aadhaar, PAN or passport numbers. Every ID is masked, XXXX XXXX 4821 style.
- 02Real OTPs, payments or bank details.
- 03Live government APIs. No request leaves your browser.
- 04Government logos, emblems or official-looking branding.
- 05External AI calls or API keys. The planners are TypeScript.
- 06An admin panel or a real backend. This is the citizen side only.

Working journeys
Marriage registration with consent, obligations and payments, the business-loan decision, record correction, starting a business, family delegation, an RTI request or grievance from any stalled record, and a Timeline of everything.
Deliberately outside
Death and inheritance, an admin or officer view, real identity, real money, and any state other than the one the seed describes.
